3 months to come up with that and from such a strong bargaining position to start with. Basically bullying culture stays, 12 minutes off a day and 3.5% (reduced later) in year three.

TBH if RM pulled the deal then I'd be quite happy, I know that we're going to get totally done over again and I don't care what the 'insider' say, my office has been a complete disaster, with bullying rife, duties too long and reserves never getting Saturdays (unless you're one of the arse lickers).

I'll be voting no and I'll encourage everyone in my office to do so too because the deal is crap and all we're going to get is even more work and less money for doing it.

Can anyone please email me the agreement. Part 1 and 2 if possible. Of what i'm reading from the posts they're including our early shift allowance in the D2D deal? F**k any lumps sums, what is the actual pay rise? If what i'm reading is true then it will be a massive NO vote from me and i would think 100% of my colleagues in our delivery office!!! crockboy2004@yahoo.co.uk :Very Happy

RM are threatening to pull the deal because of it.

Need time to think.

EDIT:We had the near final agreement as a download, please do not PM or email me for it.
Official one coming out on Mon.
Its all bullshit, if the deal is done, they are not going to let copys of out on websites like this, or to download. some of you are bigger numpties believing it...its all a hush hush. them papers has not left the hands of RM yet. stop the winding up...
