‘Dynamically generated walks’ seems like a good idea for the business indeed BUT the traffic forecast would have to be spot on to cover the resourcing for the next week
Potentially not finding out your rest day in advance
RM has zero fore sight about bulk mailings aswell so in practise it would be a s**t show

RM will have all the ideas in the world when it comes to saving any hours BUT when traffic is too much there is zero ideas on the table. Managers love to reduce hours / spend but never admit when workload is too much.
