Well the way I see it is if a job is there to be done and they pay me what I want I would do it for the pay I agreed beforehand. If they reneged upon this deal all hell would break lose one I would never work nor trust them again but there is a divine art in retribution I trust that use your time in life to judge others than just yourself by your own actions and emotions in life. People who run this business don't do emotion and it filters down from the top these things take time to sort out but we all have our part to play in this by doing the job properly but their are mercenaries amongst us!

Prove what with PDA actuals? It’s a minimum of 1:30hr a row. So 3 rows 4:30hrs. Anybody is able to put their name forward to do more rows on overtime but not many do. People want the extra money without doing the extra work
Absolute nonsense. Utilise all paid hours. If a piece of overtime takes you 1 hour 3o minutes past your contracted finishing time, then you claim 1 hour 3o minutes. If it takes you am hour, you claim an hour. Anything else is fraudulent and would be considered gross misconduct.

Overtime isn't up for negotiation, regardless of what a manager says. They don't have the authority to make such deals and if caught out (which is easy given PDA actuals), you and the manager who "authorised" the fraudulent overtime will be down the job centre! Fact.

Won’t happen, I’m certainly not scared of PDA actuals. I can finish before 12 most days I would have to do another full round to actually take me up to my finish time and that’s certainly not going to happen. I’ll do it for overtime though
You are in for a massive fright.

It can be done. But that won't stop the s**t hitting fan when the people employed to audit the PDA actuals discover hours upon hours of unworked overtime!

First person questioned will be the authorising manager. You think he will throw himself under the bus to save your job?

All a bit silly really - they’d 20 hours OT to make sure everything is out on time on a SaT, say 20 duties..... but then then the 15 guys not doing OT will all be back early enough that they could of comfortably enough covered everything by sending them back out with bits here and there.

It’s madness, learn from it and decide your worth to negotiate your own OT in the future. “10 mins per LAT” for instance then the 10 you agree to do are within a mile radius and only 6 stops, so 100 minutes for 30 minutes etc.

At they end of the day, there are shite footballers being paid loads to be shite while good ones are paid half ... why? because they got an agent who can negotiate!
