Pretty much a "physician heal thyself". If those who wield the power have no intention of addressing the issues then the whole shebang is going to go eventually. What reorganisation is necessary to make a unified working union where each member feels that he is as important as the next and not being left in a limbo.

Remember if you will some non sequnced mail revisions were decided by senior managers/reps to be self starters which in plain english means savings for RML the introduction of attendance patterns where wanted by the mbrs and the release of part of the £1000.

In the end the mbrs at my D.O decided attendance patterns were not for them on this occassion. In fact attendance patterns are not even talked about anymore its almost as if the whole concept has ceased to exist. Now without attendance patterns major change ceases to exist on a self starer.


I will bring it back into play though at the sequenced mail/delivery methods revision and see if there is any appetite for them.
