Another thing, why is it such an important goal of the CWU to promise people they can do the same route every day?
In my opinion if you don't have your own duty why would you or anyone work harder or work past your time to clear it if it's not yours or your on a different one next day.Taking duty holder's away will be one of the biggest mistakes they will ever make.People won't even try and deliver households for a duty that's not theirs.
