Good day which is more than I can say for my colleague who put £60 worth of unleaded fuel instead of diesel into his van, he won't sleep tonight as he reckons he will get some kind of warning, anyone else know or done the same?

PMSL, yes it'll be at least a warning, did he drive it or realise at the pump?

He drove it and it just came to a shuddering stop.

He's caused a lot of damage to the engine, big warning, depending on his previous record and whether he's FT he may even get sacked over it but I would expect a serious warning.

He is a good lad, never off will do anything for anybody full timer, not had a warning before thats why he is so worried because of the Royal Mail senario of getting rid of full timers policy, poor lad I guess he will not do it again

Still quite warm, cut off again, different walk and have yet to see the bottom row of the frame lol, park and loop

Nightmare. Made worse when I got to the walk. Driver opened the doors to the van for us to find the tyre had come off the HCT. Managed to get it down the ramp. Eventually got the tyre back on.... only to find the one on the other side had come off. Very late finish and very tired after a hot day.

It's a genuine mistake but in planet RM they don't do 'mistakes', he should be ok if he's got a clean record but expect a warning.......unless his rep is really really good.

After doing his delivery today he was told he will be interviewed next Monday and bring your rep if in the Union - he is not in the Union so I said I would go in the office with him he wants me to!

The rep will still go in if he wants them too, probably best to get them in because they know all the rules...............and might be time to join the union

So my payslip came today. The amount I'm receiving is staying the same for my Saturday work, but my pay rate has decreased from ~£404 to £383. What's going on there?

Light for a Friday finished early, which considering the amount I have 'flexed' the other way this week was very welcome. Shame summer seems to have finished already.

Had all the election leaflets today..about 12 to 15 per household as the area where i was working has lots of students!
On top of that..three lots of door to doors and on top on that..like a mug i agreed to take a walk out on overtime..now knackered...

Departed at 09:00 and and a really slow warp drive(cycle). Think my legs have had it. They canna take any more captain!!.
