Dont rise to him anymore he is just a wind up prick.macfan wrote:i don't take kindly to being called a dipshit, please moderate your language
my point being that you continually have a go and say unions are s**** when they are the ones that got you terms and conditions, but if you want to carry on being a sponger then i guess that's up to you
He is a sad c*** at work and a sad c*** in life.
There are these kind of cockroaches in every industry and RM is no different.
No-one will like him at work and his family probably think he is a twat.
We have all meet his kind the best thing to do is to totally ignore him from now on and maybe he will crawl back under his stone.

Maybe its a way of getting my point over the same way he does anonyomus behind a computer monitor.
Our members have been through the mill the past few years and if it was not for these members this job wouuld have been finished years ago.
His attitude is a slur on the likes of Burslem lads and lassies some of whom will never re-coup ther lost earnings to make a stand for what is right.
He spouts his garbage and you want me to stop swearing?

So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets
Illegitimi non carborundum

There are some people who want to make the world a better place. They show consideration for other people, and will try to establish high-quality terms and conditions of work. Injustice upsets them…. They will try to do something constructive about problems. Like setting up web sites where the problems can be discussed, and, hopefully, solved. And, let’s face it, there are also people who have a destructive streak and therefore there’s a risk of vandalism occurring. Vandalism happens at my local bus stop too. The council used some of my council tax money to make a nice bus shelter, so I wouldn’t get wet when it rained, and within three weeks someone had smashed its roof…. I don’t know why, or what they got out of it…. but destructiveness is a social evil that seems to be ubiquitous. And then we are all expected to pay to repair the damage.... or be told we will have to put up with getting wet.... Of course if the council knew who the perpetrators were, they'd take action against them.....
I like my RM work, and yes, the money’s better than the other jobs I’ve had recently. However, I’m responsible for hundreds of pounds’ worth of mail every day now whereas my previous work carried very little responsibility. I’m also working harder than I used to – there’s no spare time at all in my work routine.
If someone wants to post on here about the joys of working for RM, that’s fine. There are plenty of good things to post about. I for one wouldn't be bothering about RM if there weren't any. We just want to keep as many of them as we can.
