Re: Rmtv
With consumer collections I learned more from the small booklet (which I keep in my bag in case I forget how to do one) than I did the confusing video.
To me would make much more sense if we were given booklets/instructions for any new practices instead of having to watch a video with rubbish acting.
Who knows, in 10 years when as part of our daily round we are having to deliver milk, clean bus shelters and do a stint on the post office counter they might upgrade the PDAs too so you can have help sheets and step by step instructions uploaded onto the PDA itself!

The day is gonna come when we’re all gonna have to testify.

Don't we spend enough money on piss poor management presentations without getting celebrity's involved at great cost maybe you could fund them, By donating your wages and selling body parts to china free market health service!darrellsimmons69 wrote: ↑10 Feb 2021, 17:06RMTV could be good if they had sum famous ppl on it. If Cardi B was telling me how to use my PDA and make sure the handbrake is on then I would listen

Is this a joke?? Quality counts! Really? Not in our office it doesn't. Walks left in all over the place. Delivered a 2nd class signed for packet today and noticed post mark of the 15th on it. So no, quality doesn't count where royal mail is concerned in my experience.

Slightly off topic, but there was a royal mail advertisement in the middle of that Oprah ,meggs/ Harry thing the other night. 12 million viewers, how the hell much do we think that cost?k979aaa wrote: ↑13 Feb 2021, 01:36Don't we spend enough money on piss poor management presentations without getting celebrity's involved at great cost maybe you could fund them, By donating your wages and selling body parts to china free market health service!darrellsimmons69 wrote: ↑10 Feb 2021, 17:06RMTV could be good if they had sum famous ppl on it. Re: RMTV
Engagement Ambassadors would expect it to be similar to World Class Mail B*****ks involving the same sort of management wannabe/stooges that were involved pleasing the Japanese Professor. Will be interesting to see if we have our WTLL tonight as it's been 14 months since our last one. Greenford MC won't even give us 5 to 10 minutes to fill in Have Your Say/Work Trust survey so not sure how much input they expect from the staff here
