bloody hell man why are we so fragmented office wise rm cwu done deal/POSTMAN wrote:DRB are you talking about the office in YOUR area, cause i'm talking about the Wolves lot.
How long does a revision take, look at the problems we've been having and somehow the reps there have all come together and wallop it's done. The 2nd deal of the century?
How many offices in the Wolves area is there, are we talking one big one or loads of satellite ones.
Even if it's one office, and that must be a mother of an office,it don't sound right.
To be fair it's 'leaked' news so it could be anything.

Payment of £600 to be paid on the 14th October confirmed by finance peeps, £400,000 in total for office. Three weeks after implementation, exactly as the agreement rules.

£400,000 at £600 works out at 666 members...is that the whole MC and DO getting it at the same time?
Or has someone got their sums wrong?
good times, bad times you know I've had my share

The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Even so LL according to the 2010 Agreement SPDOs should receive their bonus in line with the parent DO. This is not happening and Union HQ should be stamping down on this.

£400,000 does seem rather a lot for 250 do peeps and Albrighton cant have more than a dozen working there, so the rest must be destined for parts of the MC

Re: Wolverhampton to Go 100% Full time
We did everything with our revision you could not have been part time even if you wanted to,we didn't even have anyone for sorting in the DO because we had not got the scope so we put 4 day week duty's in to get that bit sorted out,we only managed to save 120 hours which were pkt/firms duty's who also did 2nd bag drops and ours still got kicked out, used all the agreements in place, this site has been great but you know what i would still not have wanted to be in the position that 52 offices are in this country, failing walks, peoples mail not being delivered,so tired and worn and being treated like it's all our fault,so if this office has got a deal then great but what have they sold to the devil to get it.

Hi Bandit, the thrust of this thread isnt to say how great it all is, in fact everyone at Wolvo would have liked to stay as they were, but they had to change and sought the best for themselves out of it.bandit650 wrote:We did everything with our revision you could not have been part time even if you wanted to,we didn't even have anyone for sorting in the DO because we had not got the scope so we put 4 day week duty's in to get that bit sorted out,we only managed to save 120 hours which were pkt/firms duty's who also did 2nd bag drops and ours still got kicked out, used all the agreements in place, this site has been great but you know what i would still not have wanted to be in the position that 52 offices are in this country, failing walks, peoples mail not being delivered,so tired and worn and being treated like it's all our fault,so if this office has got a deal then great but what have they sold to the devil to get it.
