Nothing, but nothing, must stand in the way of the CWU/RM management f***ing-up your workplace, nothing.
RM have taken the 2010 agreement and perverted it for their own gains and it's back fired big style

Yes...we know and a lot of members warned the CWU when the agreement was reached that it was too vague and that Royal Mail would simply use this to their advantage but we were told to "trust" our employer.skull wrote: RM have taken the 2010 agreement and perverted it for their own gains and it's back fired big style.
No...a lot of members feel that the union has moved closer to Royal Mail than we would like and lost track of it's raison d'être....it's members.A lot of people on these forums seem to think the CWU run RM and are blaiming the union unfairly.
Fine...but that will leave a lot of members wondering about the £3....Just go to work do the hours you are paid for and let RM'S management sort the rest .
Yes they are...the question is are they succeeding?....jury's out...The union are here to protect your working conditions
Neither can i but judging it by this forum not enough of them are advising against either....and I just can't see reps advising members to work through their brakes and overtime must be worked etc etc .
The blame game....this should be fun.RM have f*cked this up not me , you or the CWU .
Do you mean the one the union agreed was fit for purpose after all of those live trials and months of negotiation?skull wrote:The union aren;t to blame it's RM's senior management and whoever was the architect of that stupid computer programme that's thrown out these ridiculous work loads .

Or is it the reps fault for screwing up the revision?....or the members fault for voting for it?
tbh f/t, i dont think it WAS voted in. i think it was a massive NO vote, but ward and hayes somehow managed to 'fiddle' the votes to make it look like it was a yes. lets face it, no d.o, staff wouldve voted for this parcel of shyte, and theres more of us than the rest. just my opinion. conspiricy theories aboundfishtank wrote:Do you mean the one the union agreed was fit for purpose after all of those live trials and months of negotiation?skull wrote:The union aren;t to blame it's RM's senior management and whoever was the architect of that stupid computer programme that's thrown out these ridiculous work loads .

senior management browsing this forum must be wetting themselves with enjoyment, all the divide & conquer tactics have worked, any amount of excuses for the revision failures,& a few great examples of what to do to recify it (& hopefully they will take them on board)
