Ahh! Fishtank. I can remember many a rep in my office begging us to "not cut corners" and "ghost overtime". The "single delivery" was a nail in the coffin. The meal relief is now legislation. But who enforces it?
The rep? Possibly but that could be seen as "grassing" up the member. The line manager? Think again! He wants out of the door quicker then the member.

Perhaps this idea? Everyone on a rehab should now start to use the lightweight trolley permanently. Regular communication to the members that we cannot locally ballot for you to finish early? Perhaps phase out walks with cars 2 per month.

At some point our full time members need to reach the "tipping point" on working our hours. Remember indoor absorption is more sensitive then out door. On that basis many a part time walk could easily be prepped.

By the way, disagreements brings an office issues to the DOM's short comings to other parties apart from the local and area rep. Yes divisionaly it ain't perfect, but I still say our local reps ain't educated or supported enough.

Can anyone provide concrete documentation that the trigger period for unlocking phase 2 payment (£600)for walk sequencing is over a 1 week period. I understand this is the case but where is it written......niallm
