I thought we only got a 30 min paid break on sat

If not ive been booking under for years.
Everyday is taken on its own working period merits, so if you do 7-9 hours you are entitled to 40 minutes meal relief, or is this another local agreement gem?

Surprised I finished before 2, seemed hell of a lot of packets on the walk frame, guess it was one of those days where the volume of several parcels (that were under 40x40x10cm so not one to pass to driver officially) made things seem worse than they were (albeit I had over 15 signatures, pretty average for any day yet alone Xmas)...

Do you do P & L ? it sounds a nightmare, in fact I wonder if all the people saying it has been bad so far are doing P & L, as so far in my office, who have not incorperated P & L yet, we seem to be finishing about normal time, 2-3pm weekdays, 12-1pm sats, though mail has increased, not by that much :hmmmm

Last few days have been a total nightmare. Absolutely hammered with packets and I've noticed a big increase in the number of recorded items too.

If that was big Monday, it wasn't very..........big.

I noticed that too, don't get me wrong, it was heavy but not double a normal Monday (maybe it's all going to hit tomorrow but then I've been given Tuesday off so I don't really care :chuckle ).

Mail wasn't as heavy as I thought it would be but the packets made up for it. The parcels are piling up in the office, and it doesn't look like they will be shifted soon. :cuppa

Nice day today, got put on a round I like, lightish mail and fairly light packets compared to last few days. I rekon we'll get hit from tomorrow onwards though :mad

Off today but yesterday was a piece of piss. We have P&L here and they've put in a packet duty so we don't have any parcels other than what will fit in our bags. Makes a hell of a difference...

Good day today, heavier than a normal Tuesday but no where near as bad as last week. Out of the office at 8.30 and done by 12.30 - luvely jubely :cool

Mail was nice and light today but plenty of Specials, 59 in total and 1 tracked. Quite a few large packets mainly Amazon. We are going to get hammered the rest of the week, one Artic after another coming into the yard. Apparently a lot of stuff delayed overnight due to the weather :cuppa
