What time do you start at because in my DO you only get between 90 and 120 minutes to prep, tie up, collect everything, van checks, load up and then leave................but then we work at 25 letters per minute

Hate amazon flat packs, their must be atleast 1000+ in one york. Don't get why they can't spread them out with the big parcels.

Started our 'revision' today. Gone from 5.55 to 6.15 starts for the full-timers. Complete chaos for some reason. I know at least one person went two hours over. Can't see it getting that much better at the moment. Part-timers with childcare issues are going to be up the creek if it doesn't

Holy crap Batman............what a day about average for letters and flats but the packets............I took out a full york of them on their own still, cut off and let the manager deal with what I couldn't get done in my time

The only thing I got in the post was my pay slip......and it was wrong. An allowance and 10 hours O/T missing, first time they've got my wages wrong in over ten years. The thing is, I know everybody makes mistakes and I don't blame them for it, but if I was to make one mistake even with over ten years in the job with a perfectly clean record, they'd throw the book at me. But when the boot is on the other foot......

This has become a bit of a problem in our office, Recently found errors with my pay 2 weeks running, and I know that others had problems too. It isn't the end of the world but it is the principle that matters most to me. I am fortunate in that I am financially stable and can wait for money owed. I know that others I work with are not so lucky and dread the thought of monthly pay.
