Sorry mate i know very little about Bristol, if there is a thread here on RMC can you point me to it please or maybe start one? My major concern with the Burlem boys and girls was how their demands after all their sacrifices and the way the settlement was waterd down so much that i could just see OUR members being done over again by the fools above us.

Put me more in the picture I thought most if not all sacked posties are having pending Naps or ETS I thought soon aswell, we are in the same boat in Bristol aswell stitched up but in smaller numbers.

The NAP decision should be known by mid September. This will be 12 months after the suspensions took place.

let's hope they got more than Dave Condliffe got - allegedly the RM manager got a pasting in court and had to drop his subordinates in it to save his sorry skin so hey presto RM allegedly hide behind expensive barristers to make a seemingly :lfo dodgy stitch up look straight .

Check out that Maley V RM ET , I posted up , RM botched it all the way through and had to hire international lawyers to save their DUM's hide - unfortunately it backfired

Thursday 11th September marks the first anniversary of the Burslem 12 suspensions. Six of the 12 are still waiting for the decision of the NAP. Thanks to all who have shown support in so many different ways over the last twelve months.

The lads have now been told they will have a decision on the NAP at the end of this month. Boy, this aint half dragged on. It's so frustraiting for those concerned.

I agree, seems to be a bit of a culture shift after last years dispute,"trial and retribution" ? Surely pure coincidence?
