Very true. If anything is done wrong due to poor training and someone tries pulling me in I’ll have a field day :) just gotta know your rights and not be scared to speak up. Training for majority of companies these days seems to be you thrown into the deep end and that’s the training lol

How do you know where to go?
If you're VERY lucky, they'll give you a map of the route. Make sure you don't lose it (or post it through a door by mistake!). There's sat nav on the PDAs too but it's a bit rubbish.

I feel like having a fully charged phone on shifts like this will be a big help...

are part time rounds meant to be prep the same also when absorbing ? as we get mail done and thats about it.
what is point of doing it to cut part time hours back (ones who work 39) when you still got to prep after 9am parcels , d2ds etc might as well say just start at 730 instead of 630

If what is meant to be done, isn't, then you need to tell your manager, and you'll probably not have time to lapse.

I was telling mine every day that if he wanted me to lapse he had make sure my duty was prepped. That's on a monday and tues. rest of the week I have no time to lapse.
