I know I'm an ex postman driver, but I worked on delivery, mail centre, tpo and airport on overtime as driver. We all had the same terms and conditions except for certain allowances for driving, tpo ect. But when they started putting us into (groups) of delivery with paid m/r and network drivers with unpaid m/r, changed NDA for all between 7pm to 6am and introduced all sorts of different payments for us we ended up not knowing who was doing what for who and how much so we were more unsure about hitting the street as we didn't know exactly what the strikes were for and why and who. Classical divide and conquer. The union saw this coming. Wtf were they doing. I still support the union but they need new blood from top to bottom. Its time to get their f___g act together. There is no competition. Nobody else can do delivery and its as simple as that. A couple of weeks on the street and everything goes to pot, even with all this internet ect , the only ones set up for it is YOUS. No other company can do it. Don't believe their bullshit.

I know on network we do 36.25 hours a week but have unpaid meal reliefs but do the professional drivers work less than a 39 hour week already as I thought they have paid meal reliefs?

However, Angard and other casuals get a break but it isn't paid.

I don't understand what this deal is and I thought the 7.5 drivers do 39 or 40 hours a week with paid meal reliefs and logistics 17t and up do 36.25 with unpaid meal reliefs.
If it's true which I am sceptical about but would be very happy with by April on logistics we could have over a 7% pay rise.
That's 2.6 for 2017+2.6 for the hour and say 2% for 2018 and that's 7% +
When you add that to our salary that's a great pay rise. Well done cwu if we get anything like this.
