Christmas is coming, is there a plan in place ?

The plan is for delivery managers to lead by example and show us all that the way forward is by doing deliveries after 5.30pm - when I am sat at home with my feet up watching Pointless on the TV. No kidding!!
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.
