Or more likely - Erics PDA battery has expired - we don't know when he'll get to you.
Eric is currently is in A&E and his manager will not be taking any packets or D2D except special delivery items during the course of this delivery!

I think Eric the Postman is likely to replace Postman Pat in the near future. IF they are going to try this crap, merely to pander to Housebound Parcel Junkies, I can foresee a time when Posties will not be allowed to alter their Delivery Sequence. At present we all know that situation when you think, "I've got a load of Specials for the end of the duty. I'll just do it back to front today"! :dance

Once they start these tracked parcels surely they'll have to have the duty delivered as per the frame? :hmmmm

Well they did not think that way with the way box collections nor will it work unless we are all finished by 1 pm so this is a crock of shite another problem for us not the management to sort out.

I don't think the aim is to replicate the service offered by DPD. How many packets do they deliver compared to us?
We don't currently offer that kind of service with Special Deliveries, even though they are tracked right through the system.
At best a - " your packet is out for delivery" might happen.
