To be honest Brains I think you are the only person who thinks the agreement is worded ambiguously.
Everyone else seems to understand that if your overtime is a direct result of election material then you don't/can't claim for it.

OK then, I was only thinking of the poor souls on massive walks + flexing who go to a manager and ask for excess. The lino spots some election leaflets and uses that as the reason for saying no. Doesnt affect me so everyone is happy I guess.
