Same as our small office, but then we have a decent manager who has had things organised properly.
Makes a huge difference wish our office was like that.

What is a Christmas Agreement? Our lino hasn,t a clue what an agreement is let alone one at Christmas. No meetings, haven,t seen him for several months, no support, have only just had holidays for next year confirmed, when they all had to be in by middle of Serptember, so I expect he is working on our christmas arrangements now

It was quite light for us today, pretty much a normal Monday. We are totally clear and even have the 40 or so yorks of deferred MS3 sorted ready to go on Thursday. But we are the only office in the area who spent more this year than last year :left:

All clear today (mon),lightest xmas eve ever, everyone was out by 8 instead of the usual 10-11. And weve had P&L

honest folks am not just sayin it coz we have had it in for 2 years now but sum may not agree , but it does really work p and l. i have been a postie over 20 years now am a young nipper seen change over my time etc losing nites in the office starburst absorbing etc. at the end off the day it goes down to you dim rep and the people you work with. kills me sayin this but our manager is good used to be a postie all that crap and noze what the score is.royal mail need savings of 5% in a revision office were saving bloody 8% and thats with overtime days off etc.as i said some ov you might not agree but i think it works :dance :dance

It only works if the right information is put in and the time to plot the walks properly on the computer Maisy. We had a P & L revision 2 years ago and its been f****d from the start, so messed up we had to have nights put in permanently and take on extra people. We're now going through it again, the nights stay,8 new duties put back in and 10PT(loop busters) made up to FT permanent. Hopefully this time it will be right!
