That document has been updated for this year, is a lot more detailed and does take into account conditions other than snow & ice.

Yay! First day delivering tomorrow, the wind is even now trying to take the roof off my house.
Six weeks to order my uniform? Maybe they'll have a spare bin liner or something to wear then.

They should provide you with a coat and hi viz vest... at least a hi viz anyway!
