We get 9 hours for coming in on our day off. Put your 8 hours for working day off and automatic 1 hour overtime plus any other overtime if we go over. Plus we get to throw our mail off straight away instead of doing any sorting. This is'nt too bad, but I do think this is where local agreements are s**t. We should all get the same all over the country. Some offices get f**k all while others seem to get a better deal on certain issues.

Its just the deal that some of the lads negotiated or no-one would come in. We had them by the balls coz they had no staff to send us or no staff wanted to come and we weren't gonna come in for nothing. They've sent lads down from other offices and they don't come back again, they hate our rounds.
