It should be, RM is falling to pieces.

Our office has run perfectly for as long as i've worked there (14 years). Since 2010 we've had WSM's installed, these are supposed to save over 400 hours. As well as that we already have 12 vacancies in the office that have not and will not be filled. Today there were more than 20 deliveries to cover on OT, we didnt collapse anything at all as it was busy.

At least twice a week we have one of the WSM's break down, meaning we get our last batch of mail after 9am and as late as 10am. Because of this we're hardly collapsing, certainly nowhere near as much as we were when the mail just came walksorted.

Most of the mail is supposed to come from the MC during the night, it doesn't. It's regularly late, which added to the breakdowns means we are waiting for mail almost every day.

The comical thing is when the mail comes really late from the MC we sort it manually because it's quicker than putting it through a machine 3 times. You know, these awesome machines that are supposed to save us all these hours :chuckle :chuckle

All our managers are off sick and we have relief managers in. When I asked one if the area managers, their managers etc etc all know what is happening in the offices he said 'they don't give a monkeys, they're just leaving RM to sink or swim'.

So that's my experience of 2010 agreement so far. A brilliant office is now falling to bits.
