Dingo, mutual benefit could be taken to simply mean more work, therefore guaranteeing more job security (in theory) for the employees. You say you know why these words were agreed and I'll take your word for that. My question is why can't the CWU get an unambiguously worded agreement where EVERYONE can see exactly what is meant, instead of one that seems to be written in code where only insiders like you have the key?dingo wrote:Read the agreement it states CAPTURING ANY VIABLE OPPORTUNITIES FOR MUTUAL BENEFIT OF ROYAL MAIL AND ITS EMPLOYEES. I know why those words were agreed and it was on the basis of if door to door revenue increases then we want a share of the pot again.numan wrote:And you honestly believe that as D2D are part of the workload that some of that extra profit will be passed on to the workforce?

Well I remember the 50/50 pot dingo and that was a total sham.dingo wrote:Read the agreement it states CAPTURING ANY VIABLE OPPORTUNITIES FOR MUTUAL BENEFIT OF ROYAL MAIL AND ITS EMPLOYEES.
