I said I finished early today, it's certainly not everyday and this week I've booked twice for going over.
I never mentioned you personally, just that a lot of postmen are at the root of all our problems by using their cars, coming in early etc etc! I'm sure you do your job properly and therefore my comments can't be targeted at you, I applaud you for that.
At our place weeks before lapsing came in, DIM was out with clip board and noting what time we all got back and how well we were doing job. Now its in, anyone not doing it is interviewed and given a letter saying they are naughty posites. If we get three of em we dont get paid. CWU are looking into legality of this and we are still waiting for an answer so any news CWU?
