What is a normal week’s pay?

This is:

• What a worker would earn in a normal working week if they work regular hours
• The average hourly rate multiplied by the average of the normal weekly hours over the previous twelve weeks, if their normal weekly working hours vary
• The average pay over the previous twelve weeks if they do not work their normal working hours

So am I right in saying if someone on a 20 hr contract has worked in excess of 30 hours over the last 12 weeks, they are entitled to the equivalent when on annual leave??

An old bone of contention Postghost. I'm sure you're right and a few posters on here seem to have got their money. However I think it's probably the old management trick of, "Deny, Deny, Deny"
Another candidate for the Union to make a National Statement over along with the use of far too many Part Timers (0ver far too long a time) and a decent Over Time rate.
Why they seem to concentrate of fairly obscure bits and pieces of legislation when there's fairly obvious things that effect a lot of Posties is beyond me.
