i don't think you should tell your lino you're cutting off, rather that you don't believe you have enough time to complete your delivery and unfortunately you are unavailable for o/t. I know they both mean the same thing but the latter is less confrontational.

tell ur manager to come out with u and time it.
o/t is optional so u dont have to do it if u dont want too.
as longs ur union rep is aware of the problem dont worry abt it just do ur job then they cant touch u
