Cutting off and refusing to work overtime

In our office if you tell them you are cutting off on your time..They tell you to stream the mail...like take out undated 2nd class mail and mail sort items....Which takes more time crazy

i don't think you should tell your lino you're cutting off, rather that you don't believe you have enough time to complete your delivery and unfortunately you are unavailable for o/t. I know they both mean the same thing but the latter is less confrontational.

tell ur manager to come out with u and time it.
o/t is optional so u dont have to do it if u dont want too.
as longs ur union rep is aware of the problem dont worry abt it just do ur job then they cant touch u
