The Way Forward Agreement is quite clear.
Though prior to that agreement we had a local agreement in my MC which gave us 10 minutes
break for every hour worked.
When S.D.D came into our office, a union rep made it clear that if our walk was over four hours..we were entitled to another ten minutes.
