Does anyone have an average percentage of how many delivery points we deliver to on one day? Even if we only deliver d2d’s on the days a round gets Tuesday and Thursday, we will fail as im sure it’s less than 50% now and we can’t complete

The CSS report from the MC gets put up on the board in ours. Due to the holiday weekend in Glasgow our lowest callrate today was 5%. Five percent. That would be 32½ doors, assuming it started from a clear frame :cuppa

A more average average is 20-30% for the last few months on mine, but thanks to twisted logic of DTS a few Saturdays have hit the 40s. If the duty/loop rolls over once or twice then it climbs to 50+.
The machine stops.

Thanks, so a 2 day plan with July work load is not going to work? How long after changing the shifts will they come back and take the extra Saturday away?

Based on the current system and going to the new uso, on Monday we'll be getting one box of mech then on Friday it'll all get released like now and there will be 6/7 boxes of it.

The system must know the volumes and averages must be something that can be worked out. Why can't it just release a sixth a day currently so that the work loads are level.
Well over 75% of the DTS is DSA, which will be released according to what DSA service has been used.

Now please don’t shout and swear at me please I’m genuinely curious
THERE ARE NO CHANGES BEING MADE TO HOW THE DTS WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :evil/mad :cuppa
You seem very triggered that Blue Shirts are complaining or posting about DTS, on forum designed for discussion. If it does trigger you to SHOUT in a post when someone asked you not to, may I suggest not replying to it, or at least do it with less condescension and anger.

Probably most posties aren't bothered what service is used. We'd rather the workload was just evenly distributed over the week. Even if that meant early release of mail into the DO.

I don't want to fan the flames, because no matter how often SP appears to work on a different planet I do appreciate the different perspective, but I feel like the more he vociferously insists X the more he's going to be comically undercut by Y happening with zero fanfare.
The machine stops.

Never going to happen. If one DSA company's mail started being released early, all the other DSA companies would start complaining and wanting their mail released early as well.
