Fair play to that division. When will everyone else wake up and realise they are going to play us like a fiddle because our leadership have lost the trust of its members. Ward and Co MUST go for all our sakes. We need new leadership for people to rally behind and be prepared to strike for. Ward lost that and it is never coming back. Just go already.

Ironic it's the NE branch who've broken ranks given it was their area who produced the recent CWU Live video on the ODM changes.

I wonder what else EP Group also have up their sleeves as part of the pay negotiations if they are going to ignore the groundbreaking agreement?

I’m confused as to why any of this is a surprise. It’s 3 years since the last agreement and if question the sanity in putting trust in the cwu. This job has only been going one way for 5 years. If you can’t compartmentalise and go into work and switch off for 8 hours without going insane you should have been heading for the exit during the last s**t show of negotiations.

Anybody who thought Kretinsky would play nice was deluded. RM as we knew it has died a death , Emails , Smart phones etc have seen to that . The previous Management softened the Union up to the point where it is now a Busted Flush with no Leverage at all . It will become a minimum wage job with a lot of Turn over in Delivery land and as we can see Agency Drivers will become the Norm. We have seen the best of it i am afraid , even though there will be some jobs that are palatable !

This is the norm now. The CWU are becoming more irrelevant by the week. All this puffing chest out comments like "unagreed" bla bla bla is not washing.

The company buying out RM has done it for one reason only....TO MAKE MONEY.

It ain't going to change, everyone has 2 choices now...go with it, or leave.
