Never used workplace.
Found a RM email+password on the people app
Verfied myself on Robin, got taken to the microsoft login page......
Email from people app isn't valid.

Contacted tech support witt the character limited contact form, got sent the instruction sheet giving me the exact steps I'd already taken.

Replied to tech support and gave full walkthroiugh of what I'd tried. Got no reply.

Got through to the my.name@royalmail.com Microsoft page and can't reset password as I haven't registered for password reset?
Pretty sure I have never registered or owned a company email address.

If only they focused on delivering mail things would be a lot easier

Probably should take you to the above. The Robin app is using workvivo as the platform. I've not signed up yet and won't until the people app is shut down.

I put the password and email in this work Vivo robin app then get through to Microsoft bit where again I put in said email and password then click next and I get a white screen and that's it, I've tried but now I give up, if RM try and fix something that's not broken and make it complicated they can but I'm not going to get wound up for a job that's not worth any stress
