Well said. It must be company wide. As soon as bulk mail hits or a big parcel dump they turn aggressive as if that will solve anything.Quickchat1 wrote: ↑12 Jan 2024, 23:36Wow, i have read abit of the first page and as a new starter I see nothing has changed in ten years! So far I think they only employ numbskulls as managers, low emotional intelligence dodo brains.
The job advert tricked me into the role and expectations changed at every step until I started work, wouldnt of joined if it told me of my actual duties and hours in the advert and this is before the azzole managers... i digress. I will be the thorn in their side till I leave, im not fighting for money its for principle - as long as I'm employed here. How dare they treat people like criminals (like im a burgular in their house) just for attempting to do a honest days work!

Being untruthful about hours and finishing times to new starters, must be nationwide. It’s a common complaint.kazardaimenu wrote: ↑12 Oct 2025, 13:17Well said. It must be company wide. Bullying: they don’t like being called out as bullies. So be sure to call it out. Understaffing is THEIR issue not yours.
