Well said. It must be company wide. As soon as bulk mail hits or a big parcel dump they turn aggressive as if that will solve anything.

Being untruthful about hours and finishing times to new starters, must be nationwide. It’s a common complaint.

Bullying: they don’t like being called out as bullies. So be sure to call it out. Understaffing is THEIR issue not yours.
