there is no such thing as a working revision,the only ones that are clearing the mail are the one who are using pouches when they should be using the methods(trolleys). plus management bulling for people to work over either for free(by telling them they are not up to standard) or booking time,this is not a working revision. i refuse to believe there is one place doing delivery methods using all the tools correctly, following there duty builder to the book & clearing all the mail with no pressure overtime.

Heard last week

Where Chelmsford mail centre has taken the work from Southend,

it is chaous on the delivery arrivals apparently Basildon cut off 70 walks so did Leigh office cut off and I think Stanford

Only the day before the managers had a big pow wow they all should be sacked.

We are starting our palnning next week and our planner is the same one used for Leigh DO so don't hold much hope out,

I have had the delivery standards throwing at me all year because the last revision last year my walk went over its time on the heavy days, so I guess the bullying will increase, still hopefully I will have sorted my duty out by then

Burgess Hill they reckon that is an all singing and dancing Delivery Office works a treat,this is what the planners told us the other day as they are coming to an office near you to take another bite from the offices that have not yet got a revision!!!! As one of the planners said it will be alot better with the weight of your shoulder, you can use these new light weight trolleys,he said i Quote,everyone is using them and where these offices have gone in everyone is so much happier,they are all finishing on time which has to be better than your doing now!I asked about the 90 odd offices that are failing around the country,he said that was rumour!!! He said all offices are happy and they all have their money which all the staff are over the moon about he also asked me where i had heard that all these offices are failing so i replied that he had just told me there was no office failing you just said that was gossip!!!

Just moan about the job all the time, and your colleagues at other offices, if its that bad leave, or if its that important and you know the job that well, why dont you do the revisions !

Pegasus and the planners do the revisions with input from the rep. However in order to change the result of the plan you must first disprove the result of the proposed plan, and I quote from the agreement:


"Both parties are fully committed to all elements of this national agreement and neither will sanction any local negotiations which seek to change the principles or spirit of this agreement and/or make their deployment less effective and/or delay implementation."
