Today was mental, have'nt seen so much stuff for a long time. Took 5 hours to complete, if this f**king agreement has 5 hour duties like that then I'm off because if I stay I'd be dead within a year.
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets

Wednesday and Thursday both really heavy. Off the IPS very late. Gearing up for the end of tax year posting me thinks, and plenty of packets.

Yet another heavy day, its been crap all week. Managed to complete on time, just. A customer gave me a late xmas present, box of chocs, which made things seem slightly bearable today.

Quite a bit easier on Friday than it was on Thursday. Less packets, and we got off the IPS a bit earlier. Managed to finish about an hour earlier.
Saturday was really heavy. Went to nearly every drop, had a bulk mailing about housing priority lists or something from the council, but at least it was dry.

Really heavy Monday, got the council tax bills in. DOM gave us 2 days to clear so I took everything where I was going and booked the ot. Today was easier, mail wise, but with a shorter attendance, still became a docket day. :Very Happy ah well, day off tomorrow.

Covering a new walk this week, not huge, but includes one of those estates where even the locals dont know which row of houses/flats belongs to which court/street. Up until the last week or so ive been going in to do 1.5 hours paid overtime each morning to prep my own walk, 7 hrs extra each week comes in handy when youre on 25 hrs.

New boss, new broom, and the overtime for prep has been stopped and i am supposed to go in at 9:20 to a fully prepped frame. This has happened ONCE in the last couple of weeks, so i complain and ask for help prepping my frame and get someone who preps for 5 minutes then disappears. Im normally one of the last out of the office and due to my unfamiliarity with the estate and the industrial estate, lasping, D2D ive been averaging 1.5 hours extra each day. Council tax bills tomorrow apparently. Woop de bloody doo!!

mine was good today, my favourite float, just the right amount of stuff to fill my time without rushing about or getting stressed, perfect weather conditions. the only very slight irritation was that i didn't get rid of everything and had to pouch off.

Wed,s

Not a bad day with about average amount of mail. Had about 9 rec's inc parcels but only 3 reg,s. People seem to be sending more rec,s at the moment instead of reg,s :hmmmm

As always had to cover absorbtion and on the same round as yesteday but its strange. Yesterday we had 8 people on the round and it took me 15 min but today we had 11 and the bit i did took nearer 30 min, s iam sure some people were missed off the list, manager did the split today :d'oh!
Rows of houses all bearing down on me........I can feel their blue hands touching me.......All these things in all positions.........All these things will one day take control..........

Arrived to an almost fully prepped frame, seems the more overtime you claim the harder they make someone else work to prevent you doing so in future. Well it didnt work and im putting an hour down for today. I'll be glad to get off this walk and back to one without so many businesses that keep such erratic opening and closing times. The guy who's walk this is needs a medal.
