Not having anywhere to go to the toilet while out on delivery is not really a joking matter.

If it's a really wet one you need to bear in mind the holes in the trays, it can leak through them into the van. Speaking from personal experience, not pretty

It's alright the managers will not leave the comfort of the office and will be OK so the function of RM will not be affected one bit and the workers are expendable for their own bodily actions in the course of RM's expediency of the duty of care of their staff!
