According to this website, only about 4% of the over 65's and 16% of the over 85's actually go into a care home.
So hopefully most won't be in the situation that they have to give up virtually their whole wealth to fund their own care.

depends on an office by office basis then not trying to defend them but the whey RM are going through staff in our office they are needed but why should we force good staff out and not use their ability's and knowledge of the job!
