Won't be today now will it. My personal guess is the deal will include:
A pay raise from date of agreement but no backdated pay.
Pension changes depending on change of law via the government.
Up to one hour later start times based on distance from mail centres.
Additional 12 minutes later start time from loss of one hour working time per week.
Further mechanisation in mail centres resulting in more absorption, lapsing, and loss of walks.
Proposal of two hour time window for tracked items.
A pay raise from date of agreement but no backdated pay.
Pension changes depending on change of law via the government.

Additional 12 minutes later start time from loss of one hour working time per week.
Further mechanisation in mail centres resulting in more absorption, lapsing, and loss of walks.
Proposal of two hour time window for tracked items.
The views I express here are mine alone and do not represent the views of Royal Mail Group.

at the end of the day it will be down to the members YES or NO , and most of us know its not down to what % we can get pay rise , there are bigger and more important issues on the list , and I don't think Terry will sail us down the river .
