well I'm not touching that mech til my start time tomorrowcitypostie wrote:Usually the way Benson, the better you are at the job the more is expected of you. The slow people have stuff took off them. If everyone decided to slow down and drag it out like people have advised you to do royal mail would be shafted

I agree,!. He does others lapsing while they get OT ?fishtank wrote:You're too compliant benson, they know whatever s**t they throw at you you'll keep wagging your tail. They get OT which means they have no duty time to do lapsing ! Their prep time includes d2d work, the more time taken to prep = more time to complete that duties workload, ( including delivery ) and finish on time.
I do not understand why he thinks RM will/should pay him to do any work that is completed within his contracted hours ?
You do the work and go home ? just like the trolley dollies do. They just need more time to do the work than you obviously!

To be fair Benson if you're mopping up the stuff others can't be bothered to do your earning that flyer, the day they stop you having a flyer is the day you join the drag it out brigadebensonhedge wrote:don't see the point in rocking the boat, don't mind doing the extra, still allowed to get a flyertommyrep wrote:I agree,!. Hahaha,
Benson.
Got your drift now.
Management training, haaaaa. Love it!
Once you go onto the career ladder of RM management, you will soon learn not all employees with RM delivery are as gullible as you are !! It's a job, nothing more nothing less to the majority. If you think your actions are a pre requisite for management potential, good luck. You will never impose your carrot of a getting a flier on any sensible postie, and has now become a long gone perk in delivery. Dream on, dims do not all have guys like you to lean on, or Abuse!
