I personally give the customer the opportunity to get to the door..
Your office needs to have its indoor work plan looked at if 99% of staff have time to write out 739's for every attendance call prior to departing office!
Let me spell it out. A runner driver drives the van from our new DO to wherever, could be up to a 20 plus minute drive - very unpopular. So the runner non-driver has plenty of time during that journey to chat to the driver, listen to the radio or perhaps fill in 15-20 form lefts during that journey. If the form left is put through the door instead of knocking , waiting, trying a neighbour etc. then 10 form lefts per runner could save 20-30 minutes each. Throw in the speeding, going through red lights, driving down bus lanes - that's how it's done
How much worse can it get? A LOT F****** WORSE !!!

Ok you have spelt it out to me....

Tell me, how is the passenger, sitting in the passenger seat able to see where all the attendance calls are for for the entire 2 duties, when they are in the cargo compartment?

I genuinely don't see how that is either likely, let alone possible!
