It would have to be based on your contracted hours if it's going to be paid on the 18th because they wouldn't have the figures for the last couple of weeks before xmas day. Sucks tho, probably wouldn't be hard for them to pay a supplement later for any PT who did extra hours during the period.

shame if you work overtime, then the bonus should reflect it so if you work 45 hours a week then the bonus need to be 216 pounds instead of 200 but that not going to happens.

sure i've always got full payment, albeit some after xmas, never scrutinized my payslips but did see some extra payments added later
if you are doing sa ot in christmas period you will get an extra payment in january. might that be what you are getting.
