Re: Work place coach role
whilst i know there are good and bad staff at every level, we had a WPC that has now left the business, not through this example he retired, however, door of van open, keys in, engine running, packets on seat, IB goes and sits in van waits till he comes back and catches him! oops! IB says "i will have a word with the WPC about you being retrained" he says "i am the WPC" LOL!
sadly things have not improved we got a new one and the exact same thing happened! as well as the seatbelt plugged in pass side, it really is a joke! RM and the business do not need managers WPC they need leaders! sadly they have not got any, it seems when they get into any position of authority it becomes do as i say not as i do, total joke!

Actually being a leader means do as I say however you must also lead by example, then you would not have to make the distinction.apple wrote:whilst i know there are good and bad staff at every level, we had a WPC that has now left the business, not through this example he retired, however, door of van open, keys in, engine running, packets on seat, IB goes and sits in van waits till he comes back and catches him! oops!
