It is. Far more in the long term.

The money is saved in a bank account, so RM have no control over it.

For every 6% of 100 pounds it only costs you £4.80 and then rm put in 9 pounds. So in effect you are saving £15 a week out of every £100 for £4.80 so not a bad deal

it comes out of net pay so if you put in 5 pound it cost 5 pound rm dont put anything in
