got my first one about 7/8 years ago photo in the paper with another boy who got his 30 ,, got another one about 5 years ago ,, after 10 years in my current office ,, both times it was a crappy certificate and brass tie pin

Got a letter notifying me of the 'award' and blurbing on about opportunity to be 'recognised' blahdeblah - nearly threw myself under the nearest runaway Maxus 
then thought better of it and threw it in the bin
(usually put RM mailings in the budgie cage.. unopened)
