I did hear a rumour that RM has got it's hands on some really cheap Findas Beef lasagnes and we are all getting some instead of a pay rise!

Heard from a mate in a DO nearby that his DIM was pissed off cos they got 2% and we got 3.5%...

Well the usual source hasn't been on trumpeting what a thumping good deal 0.2% is and what a good job the negotiators have done sooooooooo that's an indication that things are looking even grimmer than usual.

i would just like to say i had a drivers meeting today with our guvnor,(we are not allowerd to be with the walking staff at meetings).anyway he put on one of them videos and yes who was on it moya in her maternity dress.

The union are again talking about an incentive scheme - well I'm not for the jam tomorrow, like the colleague share scheme from which we garnered FA. I'm all for a jam today scheme - a straight pay rise without any strings attached.

spot on , extra money in your pocket every week . we had Ray Ellis at our Annual General meeting on Sunday and he said its going to be a hard negotiation this year. apparently the top RM management are not interested in the 3 year Business Transformation agreement they had with the union anymore but are firmly in Privatisation mode .
