the biggest problem with our system is that there is no difference between those who play the system year in and year out and those with genuine problems and that is because its laid down in stone and local managers get little if any say in things

You could be right there madelin4, I'm out sick at the moment awaiting an MRI scan, I've heard from one of my colleagues that the dum in our office, told another colleague that I may not be coming back! Neither my partner or I, have given him any reason to say this. But this is what he's been doing already! Might have a problem...I'm a full-time driver, part-time can't cover me.....yet!
