Our ever trustworthy DOM tried to convince us to agree to a later start before our revision goes through doing so would release the £800 bonus that we are already entitled to, seeing as we have already been waiting over 2 years, we told him thanks but no thanks 'He blamed the need for a later start on MCs possibly changing their drop times. Time will tell .

Duty is more or less outside the office. Our office has had the revision and originally the walk was part of a 'tristar' but it did not work so all three duty's went to bikes.SpacePhoenix wrote: How far from the office is the cycle duty? Royal Mail treats it's employees like shyte, so much so, that the spite and malice of Royal Mail management even finds it's way to our children.tiggle wrote:in our office they come in early, work through rheir breaks and then run round, and some who don't have kids to pick up do the same.eastie wrote:What happens at your office when you changed over to later start times about postmen who have to pick kids up from school or childcare Lincox ?
A truly horrible, nasty, spiteful company to have to slave for.

Why do your walks take so long to prep? In our office even the commercials that get so much mail they need a Transit don't take anywhere near that.Jono wrote: our second lot of mech doesnt arrive until about 07.30 and most of our walkers dont leave the office until nearly 11am,
We regularly don't finish on IPS until 7.45/8 and we're out of the office for 9.30/9.45.
