Equallly what is the issue we are trying to acheive from this appoach is it to get the agreement honoured and back on the table or someother reason.

The revisions aren't savings led.
Weight off the shoulder. Proper use of equipment.
Agreed realistic and sustainable workloads.
More Saturdays off.
No executive action.

If these things aren't happening and our Branches can't/won't help, then CWU HQ needs to issue proper guidance and ensure complicity before moving on.

Clash if you are an office who has already had their £1000 what exactly are they pulling out off ? Those who have had their delivery method revisons what are they pulling out off ? All mail centres have been paid what are they pulling out off ? the same for RDCs and VOCs.

So what's the plan if Royal Mail complete 75% of the delivery methods,leave the ones they can't get savings from until the end and then decide to screw those offices over.
Will we all sit on our hands because we've had our money and it doesn't affect us?

Clash now that you have explained it , I would agree with getting those on the table , but dont think you have to withdraw from the agreement to do that you just have to stop any revisons until management agree to this. Now I guess the next point it should the national union instruct this or should each divsion do so depending what is happening in their patch.

Certainly some divsions are saying that there are no issues.

So what about offices that the revision is clearly failing. We have packets coming out our ears. still lapsing mon, tues and sat. managers fail to give us mail figures for the day. Funninly they did on a really quiet day. Anyhow, our office sees posties regular finishing at 4pm on wed, thurs, fri. Trying to work to time is a waste as bullying is thriving on the managers side to the extent nobody can work to time. I just see the union forgetting offices like ours where we've had weak union reps and stitched up big time.

Yes the national union should instruct this.
Those that aren't reporting any issues aren't in the delivery offices.

Dvbuk as someone who has both led and been in disputes , I certainly dont see this partnership or staff assocation that you seem to see. To get this agreement which you said is surrendering too the employee it took a lot of strike action and two days of national strikes.

I've been in both official and unofficial stoppages dingo with due regard to unity - something sadly lacking in the current CWU world - as for the RM/CWU partnership - maybe you've missed the "Joint Statements" they appear regularly and reinforce whatever it is that is currently on RMs wish list.
