Which is it?

If you cannot put forward a convincing story to us when you have time to think before typing, how on earth do you expect to put a convincing argument to the Appeal Manager?
"Gender - Female" then "my wife trying to continue her day to day house hold duties as well" Which is it ?
Also if the mail is dropped off at your house in the morning what happens to packets and signed fors that you've not been able to deliver ?
Maybe she/he/alien/reptile/cwu minister for propaganda/it is in a same sex relationship. :hmmmm
Or maybe we need to get the bullshitter gauge out again. :hmmmm
lol is a same sex relationship not allowed these days! are we still living in olden days!!!

This is another point - any mail not delivered or signed fors are to be dropped off at my local post office. This is then collected from there. If the post has turned up late and i do not finish in time i have to take them home and drop them off in the morning. I honestly couldnt care less if you think im lying this is the set up and this isnt for you to decide. I work in a rural area and this is the set up arranged.

The only way you won't be dismissed is if local management try to contain the huge can of worms that this dismissal will open up.
That will depend on whether IB are involved...and who the report was made to.
Whoever authorised the delivery of mail to your home address will be desperate for this to go away quietly.
That may be in your favour.
It is unlikely there will be a prosecution if a)It's only D2D and b)The amount is relatively small.

I work in a rural area, the post office used to be a sorting office, last year this was shut down. It is now still used as a standard post office. Any form lefts / parcels are left at the post office for customer to collect at the post office. This doesnt return to the main depot.

Im not a troll! and if you dont believe my post then please just dont comment, im looking for genuine advise not abuse so please just keep comments to yourself if they dont actually help me in anyway!

Report is will offical investigations. I was placed under caution and had my house searched, At the interview on monday will be under caution again and recorded. It is only d2d's but the amount is aprox 3000 as there were about 5 different leaflets and i have 545 houses to deliver to. Usually i get surplus so about 3000 altogether.

I don't really see it as that far fetched so i'm not sure why people are automatically questioning the OP.

I know of members who were delivery only and their mail was dropped of into the boxes and they never went near the office unless they needed to book OT.
It's not that great a leap to imagine a lazy manager dumping it at the individuals house and expecting them to use their car instead.

The problem you have misst is you have 2 separate but connected issues that combine to make it look like dishonesty.
The D2D was late and it was dumped.
If you were found with late D2D at your property you could argue that you just got behind and were trying to catch up.
If this week's D2D was found dumped you could argue that it was an oversight on the gardeners part.
Both arguments are weak in themselves but trying to combine them is going to look like a fantasy story.
I'm sorry to be so blunt.

The previous d2d's were found dumped. This weeks d2d's i had delivered most of them. I was suspended Friday (which had been my rotating day off anyway) and had untill the saturday to deliver the rest these were seized though and i was advised not to go into work on the saturday.

my motives are genuine and obvious and born out by over a thousand (hopefully coherent) posts.
i come down hard on trolls because
1: they dilute the genuine content the site
2: they hijack threads for there own malicous agendas.

ive never heard of such as strange setup as you describe. if true and they sack you
then a manager should go down with you.

I guarentee you this is a genuine set up and i am not a troll. I know im going to get sacked and trust me im bricking the actual interview tomorrow hence my posts. This is my point exactly. I fell behind down to the fact i work from my home its all dropped off to my house and the d2d's are never added into the frame. I havent kept behind post, i havent stole post its simply d2d's!
I know royal mail take it very seriously but i do feel my line manager should accept some responsibility also.

thats very logical f.t
if the d2d is last weeks and its found dumped then the suggestion is that the one is a reason for the other. :hmmmm

The dumped d2d are from about 5-6 weeks ago. I had fell behind but had been trying to catch up. All weeks since have been delivered and in my home i had this weeks d2d's which most had been done. Just some which i was to do on saturday. The previous d2d's had been dumped when gardener took rubbish. I know its complicated and can understand how some may seem far fetched but i am genuine.

most d2d have a (use by date) if you think about it a half price pizza offer this week probably wont be valid next week.
besides which we have are obliged to deliver them the same week because thats what the customer is paying for.
i dont think you have much defense on this. even if they accept you ddnt throw them away they would say you missed there delivery deadline anyway.
poor or no training you wouldn't get wtl session at home :hmmmm lack of support /supervision mitigating circumstances are all you could plead.
