If the soft re-boot fails to cure the problem then the issue is usually a comms failure. One possible solution involves boosting the comms reception/signal; place the PDA between your bare arse cheeks and thrust your bottom through the open CDV window on route between loop points , you should be able to log on with no problem,any encrusted data will be permanently archived
