Personally with all their wonderful new delivery methods and flawed computer programmes i can't see what they've achieved that they wouldn't have achieved far more cheaply by scrapping missort runs and adding 30 minutes to each delivery via a simple desk top revision

You're right it's unlikely that 100 is the true figure.
Many offices will be hiding the true extent of the problem through bad practice and excessive overtime.
As for what these "scienced up" revisions have achieved.....they have proven that bluster and bullshit is no substitute for actually knowing what you're taking about.

How can Moya say the business has been starved of finance an capital!!? The govt has given and loaned Royal Mail billions since 2001. Also Royal Mail dont pay VAT on its postage services so ask yourslef where has the money gone.?

Given the option of designing a service that would encompass all the requirements necessary for the change in traffic and its makeup has BT 2010 really answered those needs and could we have done better as a workforce to change and improve without these draconian measures?
